Josh and Haven have a hate-heat thing going on. As both steely competitors and sports reps, there’s a natural rivalry going on, but these two take it to the next level in snark. Fueling this relationship is some very overdue and unresolved personal business that brings both heat and unrelenting attraction to the fore. Turns out that hate may just be another side to love. Great characters and a high naughty index make this a funny and heated read.

Loved Josh and Haven. Sports Rom Com!

Oh how I love enemies to lovers and second chance genres, and this book has it all! Lauren Blakely scored another winner with me in Overnight Service, a sweet and sexy sports themed rom-com. Josh Summers, a sports agent at the top of his game not only holds a law degree but also the affections of Haven Delilah, a woman he inadvertently hurt in the past. Haven is a former Olympic Gold medal winner who left Josh’s tutelage a scorned woman. She is headstrong, determined and fearless, opening her own sports agency in this male dominated field. She is smart and sassy, and now a rival of Josh’s often going after the same professional athletes to represent. These two are on fire every time they are near each other and it’s so fun to read. Their wit, banter, and one-line zingers are all just foreplay for these two vulnerable former lovers, who still harbor a deep emotional connection as well as an insane physical attraction. Josh, as well as all of Lauren’s heroes, are really great guys and Josh won’t let you down in Overnight Service. He is smart and talented, and there is no doubt where his loyalties lie. He is so enamored with her and I loved watching their romance unfold. In between their bickering and sexy times, I loved how he put Haven first time and time again, often when she didn’t even know it. Swoon. Swoon. Swoon. These two have so much in common and once they let down their guard, clear up the miscommunications, and trust one another, they are a perfect match. Overnight Service is a standalone, and the writing was flawless. I loved the cameos by secondary characters Jason and Sloan, and Lily (a reporter) and Finn from the Engagement Gift! Can’t wait for Jake’s story; I know it’s going to be fabulous!

Gah! Yesss!! Overnight Service is a big win!! I absolutely love this book!! LOVED!! Oh my gawd! The sexual tension! I liiiivvve for the sexual tension between Josh Summers and Haven Delilah. Lauren Blakely has delivered a gem read once again. Josh and Haven's story is exactly what I'd hoped it'd be. Sexy, swoony, filled with delicious back and forth banter. As two tenacious rival sport agents and former lovers, I loved seeing these two battle it out for clients while at the same time masking their overwhelming feelings for one another. - I especially love it when those feelings become too much to hold in... *fans self*. Let me tell you, I am all about the "eff it out" approach. - There was a very fine line between hate and love with these two. The chemistry between Josh and Haven is red hot. Their connection is undeniable. But what completely stole my heart was the sweet tender moments when they were truly honest with themselves and each other. Swoooon. Lauren Blakely always writes well developed and extremely likable characters. Intelligent characters that have morals and kind hearts. I desperately want them to be real so we can be best friends. I want Josh to braid my hair. I want to paint and drink wine with Haven. I wish I could witness their fiery connection first hand. I just love these characters so much. In typical Lauren Blakely fashion, we get a cast of side characters that add something special to the story. I always enjoy seeing some old favorites and getting a glimpse of future love connections. I'm excited for what's to come. In the meantime I'll be over here giddily in love with Overnight Service. If you want a fun enemies to lovers, second-chance romance with so much red hot tension, this one is for you.

This book delivered humor, heart & heat

I laughed out loud on the first page, and that is what I love about a Lauren Blakely rom-com. I will laugh, I will swoon and smile and it will get steamy. She knows how to perfectly blend humor, heart and heat, and this book is no exception. Haven and Josh is a second chance and enemies to lovers story all rolled into one. Josh and Haven were fire together, and I couldn’t read fast enough to see how their story would unfold. I love the way Lauren Blakely writes the male POV, and Josh was witty, smart and competitive. We received snippets of Haven’s POV, and she is just as competitive, smart and witty as Josh with fierceness thrown in. I highly recommend this book if you love a fast-paced rom-com that takes you to another world like I do! I received a copy of this ebook from Candi Kane PR for my honest review.

Love, Love this story!

I LOVE, LOVE a good enemies to Lovers story plus add in a second chance, and I’m in romance heaven! Lauren combines my two favorite troupes beautifully! Josh and Haven are awesome together, they have fire and passion! Once Lovers, now enemies who are forced to be around each other for work purposes. Being jaded, Haven isn’t too happy about seeing Josh considering how things were left off between them. But she doesn’t know the full story, the truth of what happened. But she’s about to find out! The banter between these two is amazing. I love it! They’re witty and funny and sexy! I love seeing cameos of past characters as well! I love how she does that but keeps the main focus on the main characters without overshadowing their story with favorites of the past. Dive into this spicy and sexy story and enjoy this sexy enemies to Lovers/second chance RomCom! You won’t be disappointed!

How to fall in love with a character you didn’t connect with initally

I received an advanced copy for an honest review. Initially I did not want to read a book about Josh. I had yet to connect with his character in the bits and pieces I met him in other books. Luckily for me Lauren never fails to amaze. The chemistry between Haven and Josh was magnetic and magnificent. The fighting for clients was a fun yet realistic aspect to their story. I also love when books present a strong, independent yet realistic woman character. Although their story was initially one I thought I wouldn’t like, I fell in love with it in true Lauren fashion

Overnight Service had so many of my favorite tropes! There's the delicious Enemies to Lovers and the sweet Second Chance, and even some forced proximity and workplace romance thrown in for good measure. You really can't go wrong with a Lauren Blakely romcom! I loved Haven and Josh and how intelligent, driven, and passionate they were in their jobs and in their lives. They had fantastic chemistry and the sparks really fly with these two. I loved watching them go head to head and each giving as good as they got. Haven is a force to be reckoned with and is definitely one of my favorite Blakely heroines. One of my favorite things about Overnight Service is that there is no other man or woman drama at all. Josh and Haven only have eyes for each other and even though this is a second chance romance, I appreciated that the separation wasn't filled with meaningless hookups for either of them. I did feel that the conflict and resolution was a little too convenient/overly sweet, but the epilogue was perfect for them. Blakely always treats her fans to lots of crossovers and easter eggs, and I loved the little nods and mentions of previous characters/businesses. A little family tree/character map would definitely come in handy though! Blakely is also the best at setting the stage for future books and I'm very excited to get a little time with Vaughn and Josh's sister, Quinn, in Special Delivery. A book for Josh's other sister, Amy, is also on the horizon and is called Asking For a Friend. Overall, this was a really sexy and entertaining read. *I voluntarily read an advance review copy of this book*

Another slam dunk from the Royal Duchess of RomCom!! Lauren Blakely really knows how to craft the best heroes for us to love and laugh with. Josh is the whole package for sure. This is an enemies to lovers (who also happen to be exes) that covers all the bases; funny, sexy, fun and sweet all wrapped into one deliciously entertaining story. Haven and Josh have a really big problem, they are always competing for the same athletes to sign, but they have some serious chemistry that they can't seem to deny. Watching them navigate through that whole mess makes for one amazing story. I absolutely loved it!!

Overnight Service is book four in the Always Satisfied Series. Yes, you can read it as a standalone without any confusion, but you definitely don’t want to miss out on the rest of the amazing stories. This is Josh and Haven’s steamy story of becoming secret lovers to competitors/enemies and full circle again. You will love every minute of this fun, hot, romantic book! Spirts agents have never been so interesting! What is so great is getting bits from all the characters we already know and love. Another fabulous read from Ms. Blakely!

The perfect hate/love story!

Josh and Haven’s hate/love story was everything I want in a sexy, smart and oh-so-satisfying romance. I loved Haven because she’s beautiful, brilliant and competitive and her business attire gives Josh all kinds of dirty mental fantasies that give her a leg up on the competition. And Josh has taken first place on my book boyfriend list because he’s a brilliant and driven sports agent and neither one of us can resist tall, dark and handsome in a freshly pressed suit. This pair might act like they’re sworn enemies but behind closed doors nothing could be further from the truth because when they get horizontal they’re hot as hell. Kudos to Ms. Blakely for the entertaining smack talk between the men in her books; it never fails to crack me up! I read an early copy of this book and all opinions expressed in my voluntary review are completely my own.

Fiery and entertaining read!

Overnight Service was a great enemies-to-lovers story. Josh and Haven were fantastic characters. I enjoyed their banter filled with hate but also like. The tension was intense and it was just a matter of time before it all came to a head. And when it did, it was explosive. They have history-both professionally and personally. Reading how they would navigate through all of that was intriguing. Josh and Haven had a great dynamic-strong chemistry, fun banter, and likeable personalities. One of the things that I love about Lauren's books are the side characters that we get to meet or past characters that we have already been introduced. I love the interconnected world of her books. Overall this was a passionate and fun read. I can't wait for the next book in the series-Special Delivery. Love Lauren and her stories!

I love a good enemies-to-lovers story so Overnight Service was right up my alley. Lauren Blakely created the perfect love-hate dynamic between Josh and Haven and readers will fall in love with both characters right from the start. Both are successful and driven, thriving on competition and the chase as high-level sports agents. With a shared steamy past, these two love to hate one another. Their witty, flirty banter reveals that the "hate" part of their relationship isn't necessarily what it seems. These two, in a word, are electric. Their chemistry is off the charts and I felt their connection instantaneously. Blakely's words leap off the page making these characters come to life. As we've come to expect, the author amps up the steam factor, giving Josh and Haven a super sexy story. They know exactly how to work out their "hate" for each other. Overnight Service was a joy to read. It made me laugh and it put a huge smile on my face as I devoured every page. Readers will love seeing some familiar characters as well as meeting new ones. I always love how Blakely makes those connections. It's a treat for long-time readers but doesn't offer any spoilers for those who are new to her books. Grab Overnight Service and dive right in to this fun, sexy read. You won't regret it! 5 stars

Love this Book

This story has it all: co-workers, lovers, fierce rivals, lovers, partners, lovers & finally fiancés. And they are all the same people - Josh & Haven, two top notch sports agents who learn it’s a fine line between love & hate. I loved these two characters. I love Lauren Blakely’s signature style of writing - fun, witty, sexy people you’d want to be friends with. And I always enjoy her secondary characters - either old friends from previous books, or new ones who will get their own stories. Buy the book..I think you’ll love it too!
